These buildings need to be used periodically to protect your investment.  Toilets left un-flushed will begin to  stain.  Water that is left in pipes will dis-color and smell.  Closed up homes will begin to smell.  When homes are left unheated in the winter, frost can form under the foundation where it should never exist.  

This could heave the footings and floor causing thousands of dollars of damage.  When homes are left un-ventilated in the summer, mold can develop.

 

For unoccupied homes for sale, you don’t want a realtor to show your house and find animals, brown water, burned out light bulbs, or other types of damage.  These buildings need to be used periodically to protect your investment.  With The Home Check Program, my initial inspection will give the mortgage holder an in-depth inspection and analysis of the homes condition, including digital photos.  The Inspection report will also recommend both repair and preventative maintenance.  Included in this program, I will make periodic home visits to do the following:

• Flush toilets and clean rings from bowls
• Run water in faucets to keep water clean
• Check all lights to insure their operation.
• Air-out home to eliminate odors.
• Check for vandalism, animal damage, storm damage, and rot.

I monitor interior and exterior for maintenance needs and notify you immediately when things need repair.  

I can also perform the repairs and maintenance as needed.  This will insure that when a realtor goes to

show the home, all systems work and home is presentable to your potential buyer.

The initial visit will include a complete professional home inspection to inform the property owner of

current condition and recommendations for repairs and maintenance.  The inspection also includes

digital photos of the home.
